Summary of Job Description: LVSSA SOLUTIONS LTD requires Information technology
professionals whose duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, PMGM, and related modules, ensuring compliance with best practices, statutory requirements, and organisational goals.
- Provide expert-level payroll and system issue resolution, acting as the primary escalation point for complex payroll calculations, statutory compliance queries, and integration-related challenges.
- Drive seamless system integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, Time Management, and third-party applications, optimising data flow and operational efficiency.
- Oversee data migration, validation, parallel runs, and cutover activities, audits, and adherence to GDPR/data privacy protocols.
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and quarterly release management, implementing new features to improve user experience and process automation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolution for L2/L3 HRIS and payroll system incidents, reducing recurring issues and downtime.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, producing detailed configuration documentation, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Lead training, onboarding, and change management for HRIS teams, payroll administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
- Develop analytical dashboards and reports using Table, Canvas, and Story reporting tools to provide actionable workforce and payroll insights to senior leadership.
- Actively support additional SF modules including LMS, Recruitment & Onboarding, IAS, and Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Partner with vendors and external consultants to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and align technical roadmaps with organisational needs.
- Administer Time Off configurations (workflows, accrual rules, statutory leave, and exceptions management) across multiple geographies.ensuring smooth go-lives with zero disruption to payroll or HR operations.
